Quick Turnaround

While working for a software development company, Joyce was facilitating a workshop that involved hands-on exercises using the software. Last minute changes were made to the software.  The night before the workshop, Joyce learned the software, wrote a booklet on how to use the software, and designed a lab for her students to use the next day.
