Joyce had just released over 200 e-learning products to the field and was delivering technical training to the sales associates. She created PowerPoint slides with notes for future sales reference to present the major benefits of the products to various customer sets. To enhance the learning, she created a sales presentation contest with three scenarios. On the follow-up synchronous e-learning call, one of the sales associates would be selected to interact with Joyce as the customer to sell the product.
