Sales Blended

Flow charts represent the different methods of delivery for sales
people to become proficient in their new jobs. Blue represented a
traditional classroom delivery by internal trainers. Dark blue
represented training by an outside consultant. The purple courses
represent a series of e-learning courses that were required for
entry into a continuation workshop that applied previous
information. This blended approach was a new approach intended to
save internal resources and get new sales people prepared in less
time.
